Return policy
You have 30 days from delivery to report a manufacturing error. That includes:
- Printing faults — smudging, misregistration, missing or incomplete print
- Missing or short components: fabric, batting, backing, binding, or instructions
- We sent the wrong kit or wrong option
Email Hello@KrysalisStudio.com with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. Once we've confirmed it, we'll send you replacements or refund you in full — your choice — and we cover the cost of return shipping if we need the original back.
The fabric came all pre-measured on a panel, I just had to cut out the pieces!
The kit was very enjoyable, I didn't have to worry about measuring fabric and mis-cutting. The instructions were simple. The photos made the instructions clear. I would not change anything about the design. I did find it easier to cut all of my blocks at once and label them in a zip lock bag.
Beautiful product. Colours of fabric and quailty are so nice. The guide is in colour with description to help put together and the sampler comes with a bonus label. Definitely recommend.
