Cancellation policy

Pre-orders. Some of our kits are sold as pre-orders. A pre-order means the kit is printed after you buy it, rather than shipped from stock. You are charged in full once at checkout. Most kits ship within 4–6 weeks; the Postcards Quilt Kit ships with the first launch batch within 4–8 weeks. The shipping estimate for your kit is shown on its product page.

Cancellations. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it goes to print. Email Hello@KrysalisStudio.com with your order number. Once printing has begun, our Refund policy applies.

Subscriptions. We don't offer them. Checkout shows a standard Shopify notice mentioning "subscription" and "recurring" on every pre-order, and we can't edit it. You are charged once, on the day you order. There is no second payment.
