Cancellation policy

Pre-orders. Some of our kits are sold as pre-orders. A pre-order means the kit is printed after you buy it, rather than shipped from stock. You are charged in full once at checkout. Most kits ship within 4–5 weeks. The shipping estimate for your kit is shown on its product page.

Cancellations. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it goes to print. Email Hello@KrysalisStudio.com with your order number. Once printing has begun, our Refund policy applies.

Subscriptions. We don't offer them. Checkout shows a standard Shopify notice mentioning "subscription" and "recurring" on every pre-order, and we can't edit it. You are charged once, on the day you order. There is no second payment.
