Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

How long it takes

During pre-launch, every kit is printed to order — nothing is made until someone buys it. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the day you order to the day it ships. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your kit is on its way. Some products may have different ship windows specified on their respective product page. 

Shipping rates

Contiguous United States — free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum. Priority Mail is available at checkout as a paid upgrade.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses — $7.95 for most single kits and $10.95 for our largest kits. This covers Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Palau, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Canada — C$15.00 to C$19.44 depending on kit size, shown at checkout. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on import are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.

Any discount or shipping credit you're eligible for is applied automatically at checkout.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. We can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier, and an order returned to us as undeliverable will need to be reshipped at your cost.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier we no longer control how quickly it moves. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, email Hello@KrysalisStudio.com and we'll help you chase it.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the packaging and the contents and email us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for what happens next.
