Return policy

You have 30 days from delivery to report a manufacturing error. That includes:

  • Printing faults — smudging, misregistration, missing or incomplete print
  • Missing or short components: fabric, batting, backing, binding, or instructions
  • We sent the wrong kit or wrong option

Email Hello@KrysalisStudio.com with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. Once we've confirmed it, we'll send you replacements or refund you in full — your choice — and we cover the cost of return shipping if we need the original back.
